Plitvice Holiday Resort, Grabovac (Karlovac)

The resort has a beautiful natural setting that's perfect for exploring the Plitvice Lakes, and the variety of amenities keeps you entertained and relaxed. However, the service at the reception can be quite unfriendly, and some facilities, like the washing machines, are often occupied by staff, which can be frustrating for guests. The dining options are decent, but there is room for improvement in variety.

The resort's location is ideal for visiting Plitvice National Park, with early check-in and clean accommodations. The bike rental was a pleasant addition, allowing us to explore scenic trails. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the pool area can get overcrowded. Overall, it's a solid option for nature lovers despite some minor inconveniences.

Our time at the Plitvice Holiday Resort was simply wonderful! Staying in a treehouse was such a unique experience that added to the charm of our trip. The breathtaking surroundings made it feel like we were in a fairy tale, especially with the snow all around. However, a minor drawback was the slight movement of the treehouse when people used the stairs, which took a bit of getting used to.
